Christ Receiveth Sinful Men
Christ Receiveth Sinful Men
As the hymn goes:
Sinners Jesus will receive:
Sound this word of grace to all
Who the heav'nly pathway leave,
All who linger, all who fall.
Chorus:
Sing it o'er (Sing it o'er again)
and o'er again:(Sing it o'er again:)
Christ receiveth (Christ receiveth sinful men)
sinful men. (Christ receiveth sinful men)
Make the message (Make the message clear and plain)
clear and plain: (Make the message clear and plain)
Christ receiveth sinful men.
Come, and He will give you rest;
Trust Him, for His word is plain;
He will take the sinfulest;
Christ receiveth sinful men. [Chorus]
Now my heart condemns me not,
Pure before the law I stand;
He who cleansed me from all spot
Satisfied its last demand. [Chorus]
Christ receiveth sinful men,
Even me with all my sin;
Purged from ev’ry spot and stain,
Heav’n with Him I enter in. [Chorus]

This hymn is an expression of God's love to mankind. Do you know that God hates rebuilding from scratch what He made. From the days of Adam and Eve, He would have wipe them out and created a new man but no He thought of other solutions to bring man back to Him.
In the case of Noah, He saved His creations in two pairs. God prefer remodeling than rebuilding from scratch. Every outline of event from the Old testament was to bring man back to Himself.
Which, off course proved abortive. Except for one most difficult way the way of the cross. In John 11:49; And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, [50] Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
That man was Christ the Savior of the world. I mean if I was Christ seeing all I have done for mankind and their evil responds I would have wiped out a third of the world. Thank God Christ is not man instead He is interceding currently for mankind, Romans 8:34 says that Jesus “is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” What a Savior died on the cross as a criminal and instead of having fun and rejoicing that He has done His duty He still keeps on working behind the scene for man. Wow! Glory to God, Hallelujah.
Without a doubt Christ Receiveth Sinful Men Luke 5:32; I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. As many as they be, if only they can believe on Him who died on the cross of Calvary for their sins and condemnation He will receive with an open hand.
I pray for you, may your heart be opened and may you not be left out of the Creator's plan for mankind.
